Preparation and compliance for AWS FTR/ISV

Starting today and onwards, in preparation and compliance for our upcoming AWS FTR/ISV review this coming Friday, we will be remediating security findings which could impact and break parts of our services or disable developers access. The list of remediation includes the following:

  • Closing ports such as 22, 27017 and other ports that are exposed globally with 0.0.0.0/0 and restrict it to selected IP address
  • Removing/deleting un-used IAM user account
  • Rotating IAM access keys that are more than 90 days old

If you are impacted by any of this, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Infra team and provide the following details:

  1. AWS username
  2. Your IP Address
  3. Port you need access
  4. IP address or domain name of the server your not able to access
